For consideration, the form (and applicable attachments) must be submitted 10 (ten) days prior to the next business meeting. This will allow the Detachment Officers and Finance Committee time to review.
Acceptance of the request and motions are subject to the discrection of the W.H. Nichols Detachment Officers, the Finance Committee, then voted on by the membership. Form submission does not guarantee that funds will be granted.
